I was a commercial photographer in NYC, and I have owned a Ruxxac cart for at least 40 years. It has been all over the US, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean on many, many trips hauling equipment. I'm now retired to the country and the cart is used every day for bringing in firewood. It is an outstanding cart and has never caused any problems. I recommend it to everyone.

"May I present, my Ruxxac cart, bought in 1998.
Initially it was used professionally to transport 5 very large suitcase sized sample cases all over the Republic of Ireland for more than 5 years, which it did...admirably!
After that, it was used to move home, twice.
It's also been used to move washing machines and fridges, potentially taking it over its declared load limit.
After that, it was assigned relatively 'lighter' duties delivering wine for about 5 years.
Having moved again, I'd left it at a friend's house, mistakenly thinking that it was getting some rest; I found him using it to move boulders (yes boulders!) which were definitely far too heavy for one person to lift and probably 2 or 3 times well over it's capacity...and it did it! I liberated it and now it's transporting sacks of rubbish 100m over cobbles.
I probably should have written sooner, but I thought that after 25 years of good use, the testing period was probably over!
In 98' I was initially hesitant to buy it because there were cheaper products available, I'm glad that I didn't bother with them.
I just wanted to say, thanks and well done for producing a product that works well with no fuss. It's been used and 'abused' and it's 'just a trolley', but professionally and personally it's never let me down and every time I use it, it makes me glad that I bought it.

"About 20-25 years ago my parents gave me a Ruxxac hand truck cart as a birthday present (it must be approx 20-25 years ago as I remember my wedding date as a reference). I use my hand truck at home for the very heavy flowerboxes in the garden, everything to transport as a DIY around home, but also as a professional for my Makita systainer and other tools. This hand truck never disappoint me. It’s my reliable friend for years and years to transport everything. It’s lightweight, space saving, extremely strong and has a comfortable handle.
I take it easily with me in my car if I have to do a small job anywhere. For me the Ruxxac is a real all-rounder in every way. I do not use the maximum load capacity of 125kg because even for me that load is too much for me to transport. Much more times I compare the Ruxxac with all other hand truck brands, but only the Ruxxac has proven for me to be the real one.
Last time I noted the gear system did not operate any more because of worn out gears (the old plastic red system). After so many years of usage nobody may complaint about this issue, so be it. Although spare parts are available after so many years I decided to invest in 2 new Business XL types. Especially I like a much bigger platform, it makes transport even easier.
One new XL for usage, I kept the other new XL in the box as a spare or if needed for 2 people simultaneously.
And my old one: I gave it a second life. I repaired it with some new bolts/nuts and now the gear system is out of order (a fixed platform plate), the handle still can be folded. I am happy to use my old Ruxxac for little things on it’s old age."
